What this tool does
The Export PDF button exports the active drawing straight to PDF, using the settings you defined for Batch Publish. No dialog, no questions, one click and the PDF is in your export folder.
How to use it
- Open the drawing you want to export.
- Click Export PDF.
- Then optionally click Export Folder to open the PDF.

Inherits all settings from Batch Publish
Export PDF uses the same Publish settings: target folder, subfolder structure, file-name composition and the PDF options (line weights).
Disable line weights in PDF
Line weights off for a uniform black-and-white PDF.

Want all drawings of an assembly at once? Use Batch Publish.

A separate path for PDF? Enable "Folder per file type" in the Publish settings, then PDF goes into its own subfolder.
