Sheet-metal flat pattern straight to DXF for production.

What this tool does
The Export DXF button exports the active part, typically a sheet-metal flat pattern, to DXF, ready for your laser cutter or waterjet. For individual parts; for an entire assembly at once, use Batch Publish.
How to use it
  1. Open the sheet-metal part. Make sure a flat pattern exists.
  2. Click Export DXF.
  3. The DXF lands in the export folder.

Settings

Inherits all settings from Batch Publish

Naming and target folder are governed by the Publish settings tab.

Target folder & naming
Folder per type, suffix, revision, date.

Does the part not have a flat pattern yet? Use Batch Flatpattern from the assembly to create all flat patterns at once.
